Michael Bretherton, Chairman
Michael Bretherton is the chief executive officer of Sarossa Plc and is chairman of Adams Plc and a non- executive director of e-therapeutics plc. In addition, Michael is a director of Blake Holdings Limited and Ora Limited and has been a director of seven other AIM quoted companies during the last ten years, including DeepMatter Group Plc, Nanoco Group Plc, Ceres Power Holdings Plc and Tissue Regenix Group Plc.

Michael holds a degree in Economics from Leeds University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. His early career included working as an accountant and manager with PriceWaterhouse for seven years in London and the Middle East.

Richard Galvin, Non-Executive Director
Richard Galvin joined Hardy in 2005 as Business Development Manager, was appointed an Executive Officer of the Company in 2011, joined the Board as an Executive Director in October 2019 and is currently a Non-Executive Director.

Richard has over 20 years of commercial and corporate finance experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He started his career at Encana (formally AEC) working in progressively senior commercial roles over seven years. Richard holds a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.
